Most notably in France, Helichrysum has been marketed as an anti-aging miracle oil and has been labeled as a Women Fountain of Youth in a bottle. There are more than 500 different species of Helichrysum in the world today but only one used therapeutically : Helichrysum Italicum. The best is produced in Corsica, a small Mediterranean island off the coast of France.
