Hydrolat

The problem with Hydrolat is transport . In France with supply the trade with Barril of 200 litres, and abroad in containers of 1000 litres. Air transport is convenient because effective in a very short time ( days ) but extremely expensive, far more than the content itself is some cases . Transport by ship can be more cost effective, but having to transport below the deck under refrigeration bump up the price. However it is a must as up to 1  month depending destination at high ambiant temperature is an issue for conservation. We do not add alcohol of any preservative, only UV light for the containers that give you 3 years of stability.

We are studying another method since 2023 : According to Henry's law , the concentration of each gas in a liquid is proportional to the partial pressure of that gas (in the gaseous state) in contact with the liquid. Sparging introduces a gas that has little or no partial pressure of the gas(es) to be removed, and increases the area of the gas-liquid interface, which encourages some of the dissolved gas(es) to diffuse into the sparging gas before the sparging gas escapes from the liquid. Many sparging processes use air as the sparging gas. To remove oxygen, or for sensitive solutions or reactive molten metals, a chemically inert gas such as nitrogen, argon, or helium is used. However it is not effective so far for us for large quantities....
